I found Skima when I was really frustrated with not being able to filter fake applicants on BambooHR. It was getting out of hand; I'd schedule a call, put my headphones on, and realize I was talking to someone giving AI-generated answers from a completely made-up profile.

Skima helped me catch that before it even got to that point. Knowing a CV looks suspicious from the beginning saves so much time and honestly, a lot of frustration too.

The scoring system against skills and other criteria also makes CV review so much faster. What used to take hours of manual going-through is now actually manageable.

Easy to implement, easy to learn. I didn't need anyone's help to get started.

My only real complaint is the annual commitment. I don't always know what my hiring needs will look like, and committing for a year upfront feels like a lot. More flexible options would make this much easier to recommend without hesitation.

But overall, if you're dealing with fake applicants and wasting time on CVs that shouldn't have passed the first filter, Skima is genuinely worth it.

We've found Skima AI super useful to adjust the knockout filters and see how that changes the candidate ratings. It helps us ensure we truly get the best candidates when we change filters that we can be more flexible on (like location)

Overall manager feedback so far is that the ratings are fairly generous/positive and the Chrome Extension isn't as functional as they'd like. The full platform gives the best experience.
